Susan Lane works with buyers and sellers all over the Triangle, in price points that range from $75K to $2 million. She has been a licensed Real Estate Broker with York Simpson Underwood since 1996. Prior to that, she and her husband lived in Southern California for 17 years. Susan was born and raised in the Chicago area where she received her B.A. in English and her Master's Degree in English and Creative Writing. Until moving here, Susan worked in Marketing for the Chicago Tribune, Field Enterprises and Fluor Corporation.

Susan loves developing a close relationship with her clients. "There is nothing more satisfying than helping buyers find that perfect home or helping sellers get the best price and terms for their home! Just ask my clients!
